Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated B2B Customer Success Associate to join our team. As the B2B Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring customer success with our products and services. You will be the main point of contact for our B2B customers, helping them to maximize their usage of our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with our B2B customers, acting as the main point of contact
- Monitor customer usage and engagement with our products and services, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement plans to increase customer satisfaction and success with our products and services
- Gather customer feedback and insights, and provide it to the product and marketing teams
Qualifications
- Experience in customer success and/or account management, preferably in a B2B setting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and proactively to identify solutions
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
